Take 1000ml milk out of 1500ml. Bring it to a boil and add vinegar. Stir it constantly for 1 minute

Keep on stirring until all the milk curd is separated

Sieve it, run under tap water and press it until the water is removed and the curd is completely cooled. Put it on a plate and make round small size balls. For 1 litre milk 5 balls are made

In a separate pan add water and then sugar. Bring it to a boil and completely dissolve the sugar. Lower the flame then.

Put the balls into the pan, cook it for 5 minutes.

Then treanfer them to a bowl of chilled water

Take 500ml milk in a pan, add kewra essence, 3 tablespoon prepared sheera and cardimon in it. Heat it up and add cornflour first by dissolving it in a small amount of water. Cook it for 5 minutes and let it cool.

Put the ball and pour the prepared malai in it and decorate it with shredded pistachios. Delicious and quick RAS MALAI is ready to be served ❤️❤️❤️
