Ingredients

8 servings
  • 2 lbboneless, skinless CHICKEN BREAST or 4 cans chicken
  • 16 ozCREAM CHEESE
  • 1-1 ozpig RANCH DRESSING MIX
  • 1 lbcooked, crumbled BACON
  • 40 ozCHICKEN BROTH
  • 12 ozCHEDDAR CHEESE
  • 2/3 Cuncooked RICE

Steps

  1. 1

    Place all ingredients except cheddar cheese in Instant Pot or slow cooker cover and cook on Soup/low for 45min/6-8 hr.

  2. 2

    Remove whole chicken breasts and shred. Return to soup and stir.

  3. 3

    Stir in Cheddar cheese and melt.
