Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat

Add popcorn kernels and cover with a lid until all the kernels are popped. Be extra careful not to burn the popcorn

Once popped, set aside to cool

In another pan, add a half cup of water and sugar. Do not stir to avoid crystallization.

Bring to a boil and stir when the caramel starts to gently boil and turns golden. You can add the honey at this point.

Remove from heat and gently drizzle the caramel over popcorn or add in the popcorn into the pan containing the caramel.

Toss gently until the popcorn is well coated with the caramel

Serve as desired as you enjoy your favourite movie🥳
