Ingredients

2 servings
  • 2 cupboiled basmati rice
  • 2 tbspboiled green peas
  • 1boiled potato
  • 1tomato
  • 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  • 1sliced onion
  • 1 packetMaggi masala
  • 1 tbspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1whole garam masala
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 2 tbspbutter
  • 2 tbspcoriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    In a big tawa take oil and butter.In it add whole spices and onion.

  2. 2

    Cook till translucent add ginger garlic paste cook for 1 min.Add tomato, green peas and potato.

  3. 3

    Now add dry masala in it.Cook for 2 min.Now add rice mix it well add salt..Garnish with coriander leaves.Now it's ready
