Heat a pan with oil add chopped onion ginger garlic tomato green chillies and saute for 3 minutes. Turn off the flame and let it cool.

Once the mixture is cooled grind them into a smooth paste by adding little water.

Heat the pan with butter and oil and add the ground masala paste. Cook for 5-6 minutes on low flame.

Now add the all dry spices and cook it on low flame until it's becomes separate oil.

Now add required water and sugar salt to taste and cook for 5 minutes

Now add grated paneer and fresh cream into the gravy. Mix it well. And then add paneer cubes and mix it well. Cover it and cook for another 5 minutes.

Finish off by adding some dry roasted kasuri methi.

Paneer Lababdar is ready to serve.
