Wash rice and soak in water for half an hour

Then heat oil in a pressure cooker add cumin seeds and dry methi leaves.

When splutter add matar saute well also add red chilli powder,salt and cinnamon cardamom powder cook for few seconds.

Then add rice mix well and pour water cover with a lid cook till one whistle only.

Release the pressure after 2,3 min.matar pulau ready.

Serve hot in a plate with curd or with any pickle.Very simple n easy to cook.
