Steps

Clean the prawn, mix with Salt, Turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste and put a stick into it

Add some masala, salt, pepper powder, turmeric with cornflour and all-purpose flour.

Dip the prawn in the cornflour masala mix and then dip in the beaten eggs.

Coat it with crushed cornflour

Prepare all the sticks

Deep fry it till all sides become golden brown

Serve hot with chutney or tomato ketchup.
