Ingredients

  • 250 gmmethi (fenugreek)leave
  • 1 bowlwheat flour
  • 2 tspbesan/gram flour
  • 2 tsp sooji
  • 1medium Finely chopped onion
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2-3chopped green chilies
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tspajwain/Carom Seeds
  • as neededGhee for shallow fry
  • as neededAmul butter

Steps

20-25 min.
  1. 1

    Take big bowl add all the dry ingredients

    Make a smooth dough for parantha.

    Take small portion of dough, make round chapati shape help of rolling pin..

    Take non-stick tawa heat it and put the parantha on it. Shallow fry with ghee of both sides..

    Serve the hot parantha with butter, curd or as your choice..
