Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 150 gmbesan
  2. 1 tspred chilli powder
  3. 1 tsphaldi powder
  4. 1 tspdhaniya jeera powder
  5. as per tasteSalt,
  6. 1teaspoon sugar
  7. 1/2 bunch of fresh fenugreek leaves
  8. Pinchsoda or fruit salt
  9. 1 tbspgreen chilli,ginger,garlic paste
  10. 1/4 tspajwain

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the besan with water and make a thick batter.

    Add all dry masalas and green chilli,ginger,garlic paste and add ajwain.

    Add salt,sugar and pinch of soda or fruit salt and mix it well.Dont mix it too much,give a light mix to batter

    Heat a oil in a pan,when it gets hot,drop small balls in a oil with help of your hand.Drop a medium size of ball in a oil.

    After sometime move them around and fry till they are golden brown.Remove them in paper tissue.

    Serve them hot.Enjoy with hot cup of tea and green chutney or tomato ketchup.

    To make fried chilli...wash and dry chillies,give a slit and deep fry.
