Banana and cocoa powder are both high in fiber, so this pancake is good for digestion in the morning.

  • 150 mlMilk

  • 1Banana
  • 1 tbspCocoa powder
  • 1 tbspSkim milk

    Using a potato masher or the back of a spoon, mash the banana and combine with all the ingredients and pan-fry.
