Ingredients

5 -6 persons
  1. 1 cupchopped methi ( fenugreek)leaves
  2. 1 cupchopped palak/ spinach
  3. 2 cupbesan/gram flour
  4. 1/2 cup rice flour
  5. 4 tspred chilli powder
  6. 2 tspturmeric powder
  7. 2 tspdhaniya( coriander) powder
  8. 1 tspajwain/ Carom seeds
  9. to tasteSugar and salt
  10. pinchbaking soda
  11. as neededOil for frying

  1. 1

    Mix chopped palak & methi in bowl. Add besan and rice flour.

    Then add all dry masalas like red chilli powder, dhaniya powder, turmeric, salt, sugar, ajwain and 2 tsp oil.

    Mix it well. Add water as required. Heat oil in kadhai then drop pakoda of methi palak mixture.

    Fry till golden brown.serve hot
