Soy beans, ginger, and cinnamon were introduced in a popular beauty magazine as ingredients for beautiful skin.

I thought that the rumored ginger cocoa diet would be easy to continue since it tastes good, so I tried it. My husband said it was delicious, so I uploaded this recipe!!

You can use white sugar, honey, etc for the sweetener, but brown sugar has plenty of minerals and good-flavored ingredients, and also helps to reduce the absorption of sugar, so I recommend it for your diet!

Ingredients

1 serving
  • 2heaped teaspoons ★Brown sugar (white sugar also OK)
  • 2heaped teaspoons ★Cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp★Grated ginger (tubed ginger OK)
  • 150 mlMilk or soy milk (hot water also OK)
  • 1Cinnamon

Steps

    Add all the ★ ingredients to the mug, and add 50 ml of the milk (or soy milk). Microwave for 30 seconds at 600 W, and mix well.

    Add the remaining milk to the mug from Step 1 and microwave at 600 W for 1 minute 30 seconds (you can use the hot drink option). Mix well and it's done!!

    Top with cinnamon if you like. It's very delicious! This is packed with ingredients which give you beautiful skin!

    A college professor also said that ginger cocoa warms up your entire body, reinvigorating it! It's also said to smooth out the blood.

  5. 5

    Recommended servings: #1 - 1-2 cups a day is okay. #2 - A cup in the morning, and a cup at night is effective. #3 - It's most effective if you drink it while still hot.

  6. 6

    I recommend drinking this in the morning in particular! It raises your morning body temperature by 1℃, raising your daily basal metabolism by 14%. This will help to keep you from packing on the pounds.
