I thought that the rumored ginger cocoa diet would be easy to continue since it tastes good, so I tried it. My husband said it was delicious, so I uploaded this recipe!!
You can use white sugar, honey, etc for the sweetener, but brown sugar has plenty of minerals and good-flavored ingredients, and also helps to reduce the absorption of sugar, so I recommend it for your diet!

Add all the ★ ingredients to the mug, and add 50 ml of the milk (or soy milk). Microwave for 30 seconds at 600 W, and mix well.

Add the remaining milk to the mug from Step 1 and microwave at 600 W for 1 minute 30 seconds (you can use the hot drink option). Mix well and it's done!!

Top with cinnamon if you like. It's very delicious! This is packed with ingredients which give you beautiful skin!
