Homemade Sesame Tofu

My mother taught me this recipe.
It's so easy!
If you mix the soy milk and katakuriko before heating it won't clump easily.
You can make this in a plastic container or a small bowl and eat it straight out of the bowl.
You can eat with mentsuyu, ginger or wasabi according to your preference.
If you don't have any sesame paste, you can double the amount of ground sesame seeds. Recipe by Inarei

Steps
- 1
Add the soy milk and katakuriko to a non-stick frying pan and mix to dissolve the katakuriko.
- 2
Put over low heat, add the salt and mix with a wooden spatula so that clumps don't form.
- 3
Once it has become sticky, mix in the sesame paste and ground sesame seeds.
- 4
Transfer to a bowl and chill in the refrigerator. Once it has cooled and hardened, it's done.
