First, wash and peel the carrots, then grate them using a grater. Heat ghee in a pan and add the grated carrots to cook.

Once the carrots are slightly cooked, add milk with cream and cook on medium heat.

When the milk is reduced by half, add sugar and cook for 10-12 minutes. Then add cardamom powder and almonds, mix well, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Transfer to a serving bowl and serve.
