Ingredients

  • 1 cuprice
  • 1/2tspn of salt, seasoning cube & mixed spices with curry
  • Carrots, onions & tomatoes & scotchbonnet
  • Salad & mayonnaise
  • Vegetable oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the rice, add oil, salt & mixed spices, fry until brownish, add sliced, tomato, onion, scotchbonnet, stir & add hot water that ll be enough to cook the rice.

    Add the curry & cover, take some portion of the cooked rice, add salad to it with mayonnaise & mix, serve & enjoy.
