Ingredients

  • 1 cupRagi flour
  • 1onion
  • 1 tspurad dal
  • 1 tspchana dal
  • 1 tspmustard
  • 4red chilies
  • 2 cupsWater
  • 2 tbspoil
  • as per tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    To a kadai, add oil, red chillies, mustard, urad dal & chana dal.

    Add chopped onions & salt. Saute it till onion turns golden brown. Add water. Leave it to boil.

    Add ragi flour. Stir it till the ragi flour absorbs all water. Atlast add oil. Ragi upma is ready.
