Vegetable Thepla is a healthy , colourful and delicious gujrati breakfast dish.
Steps

In a vessel take wheatflour, besan,maida,salt,turmeric,coriander leaves, ajwain,jeera, ginger garlic paste and oil. Mix them.

Now add grated carrot, grated cauliflower, methi leaves and curd. Mix all. Knead it into a soft dough. Grease with oil and Rest it for 10 min. Now make small ball of dough and roll it into chapati.

Heat tawa and cook thepla on it. Pour some oil or ghee and shallow fry it. Vegetable thepla is ready to serve. Serve with curd and chutney or pickle.
