Clean the palak properly.Now blanch the palak

Now after boiling remove all extra water.now mash palak.

Now take one bowl add mashed palak and mash paneer in it.now at Salt Lake chilli powder Garam Masala and bread crumbs in the bowl.

Now mix it well and make a round shape kofta.

Now take one panat some point in it at kofta in the pan and fry it.

Now you can eat this kofta in snacks time also.

Or. You can add this kofta in any gravy. As you like
