Ingredients

4 people

5roughly chopped Tomatoes
2roughly peeled and chopped carrot
1 inchginger
2chopped green chillies
2 tspbutter
2 tspblack pepper
1 tspsugar
to tasteSalt
2 cupswater

Take a cooker add tomatoes, carrot, chillies, ginger and water

Take 4-5 whistles of it

Let it cool

Then mix it well. Make paste in mixie

Strain it

Boil it for 8-10 minutes

Add black pepper powder, salt, sugar and butter mix it

Serve with roasted breads
