Ingredients

8 people
  • 1 kg beef,chicken or mutton
  • 1/2 kg shaljam cut into big size
  • 5medium size onion sliced
  • 1 tbspg.g paste
  • 1/2 cupoil
  • 1 tbspred chilli powder
  • 1 tbsproasted and crushed zeera
  • 1/2 tsphaldi powder
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  • 4green cardamom
  • 4-5cloves
  • 1 inchcinnamon stick
  • 2black cardamom
  • Salt to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil add sliced onion and fry till translucent now add g.g paste and fry for a minute.

  2. 2

    Now add beef and bhunofy well now add all spices and mix well.

  3. 3

    Now add 2 cup of water,cover and cook till beef get 80% done bhunofy very well till oil separate.

  4. 4

    Add shaljam and add 2 cup of water or as required to desire consistency.

  5. 5

    Cook on low flame till shajam is tender

  6. 6

    Tasty shaljam gosht is ready to eat

  7. 7

    Serve with boil rice or chapati.

  8. 8

    If meat is chicken then make the onion golden brown and use it after grinding
