Cut potatoes in wedge shape and half boil it. Strain it and put it in on bowl

Add all seasoning with crushed paper, salt and maida. Sprinkle water and mix it to cover the batter all over

Take a deep fry pan, pour oil and make it hot. Add wedges and fry till it turns to golden.

Take it out and serve with hot tea with your choice of dip.
