In a saucepan add ragi flour,cocoa powder,water keep stirring on medium heat.

Once it become thick,let it cool down completely.

Now add cold milk in the thick mixture of ragi and cocoa powder, sugar and blend it in the mixer.

Your ragi milk shake is ready serve.
