Baby corn Manchurian

Firstly wash baby corn n leave aside for 5 mins.cut them diagonally n boil them in a water n boil for at least 5 to 6 mins.

Now in a boil baby corn add maida+corn flour+salt+ ginger garlic paste n mix it well.

Now fry coated in baby corn in hot oil until golden n crisp.leave them a side n again deep fry corn for extra crisp in a high flame.

Heat a pan or kadhai with oil then add our chopped ginger garlic n chilli until it turns fragrant. Now add onions+capsicum n sauté for 2 to 3 mins on a high flame.

Next add all sauces n sauté them. Pour water and cook until the sauces thickens.now add our corn flour mixture n allow the sauce to boil n thickens.

Add honey+salt n taste the sauces.add fried baby corn n toss well.baby corn manchurian is ready to serve.
