Make caramelized butter. Add the butter into a pot, and turn on the heat to medium. It will eventually bubble and sizzle, then after the sound stops, remove from the heat.

Strain with a tea strainer. Try to avoid getting any of the burnt part.

Add the egg whites and sugar in a bowl, and mix. It's more like beating than whipping.

Combine and sift the cake flour and Almond flour, then add to Step 3.

Add the caramelized butter, and the batter is ready.

Fill the financier pan with the batter about 80 %

Bake in the oven for 15 ~ 18 minutes at 180℃.

And done It has a nice buttery flavor.
