Cooking Instructions
- 1
Bring a pan of salted water to the boil, lower to a simmer and add your pasta, lowering it slowly into the pan bending it around the edge so it dosnt break. Simmer for 10 minutes for al dente, or less time if using fresh pasta.
- 2
Once cooked, drain and set aside.
- 3
In a large saucepan, add the onion, garlic and chilli, finely chopped, with a dash of olive oil. Cook for about 2 minutes, stirring, to soften the onions.
- 4
Add the crab, parsley and juice from the half lemon, salt and pepper seasoning and stir for another 2 minutes.
- 5
Finally, add the pasta to the pan, the remainder of the olive oil and toss well. Serve and enjoy!

Shrimp Scampi with Linguine Shrimp Scampi with Linguine
This is an easy dish to whip up quickly for a weeknight dinner. It is flavorful, and also feels just a little bit fancy. You can add more heat by increasing the amount of red pepper flakes, and/or you could sprinkle it with a little Parmesan cheese when you serve it.The original recipe came from the Food Network.#Dinner #Seafood #Noodles Chris Gan -
