Steps

Grind the tomatoes, peppers and 1 onions roughly. Slice the remaining onions.

Sauté onions in oil. Add in the grinded mixture, add in the chunks of chicken + 1 seasoning + ginger powder + 1/2 curry powder. Fry for few minutes.

Add in water that will finish cooking your rice, add seasoning + remaining curry powder. Bring to a boil. Add in the rice. When done, add in the sliced onions and put off the fire.

Serve.
