First, in a Kadhai, add 2 cups of Besan that is Gram flour. Then add the prepared Chach (Curd+water). Stir it well, there shouldn't be any lumps. Then as per your taste, add salt and 1 tsp Turmeric powder. And again mix it well.

Now cook it until very thick or half the quantity. If you don't know that it's cooked or not, Grease a plate and spread the mixture on it. Allow it to cool and cut it. If it doesn't come out as a whole roll, then let it cook for more than 5 minutes. But stir it continuously.

Once the mixture is cooked, Grease the Kitchen Platform with oil, and spread the mixture hot, don't let the mixture cool. Spread it immediately.

Once it's set, cut it into strips and roll it slowly.

Now in a small Kadhai, add 2 tbsp oil, once it's hot, add 1 tbsp Mustard seeds, 1/2 tbsp Sesame seeds and let it sputter for a minute or two.

Now add it into the prepared Khandavi rolls and mix it well. Add Coriander leaves for garnishing.
