Wash and wipe the chicken pieces.

Slit the chicken pieces for marination

Take juice from one lemon. Another lemon and onion for serving.

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl nicely and put the chicken pieces and apply the masala nicely.

Then keep it in the fridge for 4_5 hours.

Remove the chicken from the fridge and leave it to the room temperature for five minutes.

Then shallow fry it in the oil in medium flame.

Turn off the flame once done.

Tandoori chicken is ready to be served with onion and lemon.
