  • 1 kgpotatoes
  • 100 gbutter
  • 5 sprigsthyme
  • 100 gparmesan

  1. 1

    Peel potatoes and slice thin on mandoline

  2. 2

    Layer the potatoes in a pan and brush each layer with butter and sprinkle with parmesan and thyme.

  3. 3

    Bake under pressure at 150 for 1 hour and 45 minutes

  4. 4

    Let cool and let sit in the fridge overnight under pressure.
