Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 300 gramsPork shoulder (thin sliced)
  2. 1julienned and 1 bunch Green bell pepper or sweet pepper
  3. 2Green chili or red chili
  4. 1 largethumb size Ginger
  5. 2 cloveGarlic
  6. 200 mlCoconut milk
  7. 1 tbspVegetable oil
  8. 11 teaspoon Salt
  9. 1 dashCoarsely ground pepper

Steps

    Slice the pork meat into pieces about 2 cm wide. Thinly slice the ginger and finely chop the garlic. Cut the green chili diagonally.

    Heat a pan and add oil, garlic, and ginger. Fry over low heat until fragrant and light brown. It is a very slow fry, about 5 minutes.

    Add pork and stir until cooked through. Then pour in the coconut milk.

    Mix together lightly and bring it to boil. Season with salt and pepper and add green chili pepper and bell pepper.

    Keep the heat low and simmer for another 6-7 minutes until the coconuts milk thickens slightly.

    It will be like this picture once the sauce reduces down. Done.
