Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix. Pour the mixture into the tofu containers to about 60% full, and lightly press the centres (moisten your fingers and press to make it easier).

Wrap loosely and cook each container for 1 minute in a microwave at 500W.

Turn the container over and cook for 30 more seconds at 200W.

Serve on a plate, and drizzle on maple syrup or butter and enjoy.

You can also bake it in a pan.
