Measure out the ingredients in separate bowls. Combine the eggs and sugar; mix in completely. Melt butter in microwave for 30 seconds. Add to the egg and sugar mix; whisk till creamy (2-3mins medium power). Add the flour and combine till slightly thick. Tip: add a tsp of milk if the batter is too thick. Slightly stir in the chocolate chips and set aside.

Preheat oven at 180’C for 10 minutes. Grease a square/rectangle-shaped cake tin and line with a baking parchment. Pour in and level/spread out the cake batter. Tip: brush over the top with milk to ensure smooth and uncracked top. Place in the middle rack and bake for 25 minutes till the top is slightly golden brown. Cut into squares (12-15 squares approx.) and enjoy.
