  • 280 gpumpkin(seeds removed)
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • ★2 teaspoons Miso
  • ★1 1/2 tablespoons sweet sake
  • ★2 tablespoons white ground sesame seeds

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut the pumpkin with the skin on into a 1cm thick slice 10 minutes that is easy to eat.

  2. 2

    Mix ★.

  3. 3

    Put water and pumpkin in a pan, cover with a lid and steam until the pumpkin is soft.(You can put it in a heat-resistant container and heat it in a microwave.)

  4. 4

    When the pumpkin is soft, discard the excess water, add 2 and mix together.
