Firstly wash the daal, then transfer into a cooker, add 4 cup of water, salt and turmeric powder, now added chopped lauki and tomato, Cook it till 3-4 whistles on low to medium flame

When the daal is cooked,take a masher and mash the daal so that daal is become little smooth,and if needed you can add little water

Let's make tadka, so take a tadka pan, pour some ghee,now heat it, now added dry red chili, chopped garlic cloves,and cumin seeds, when it change its colour off the flame,now added red chili powder and hing, add this tadka in daal,

Our chatpata triloki tadka daal is ready to eat, garnish with some green coriender leaf
