Manathakkali keerai (solanum nigrum) saaru

Finely chop Onion and greens. Slit green chillies

In a pan pour oil. Put cumin powder. Add onion and green chillies. Saute for a minute. Then add greens, salt and turmeric powder

Give a stir. Then add water and cook with the lid on.

Cook for 7_8 minutes. Remove the lid and add coconut milk. Stir well. Turn off the flame when it starts bubbling around the edges. Pour lemon juice and mix well.

Keerai saaru is ready to be served
