Fluffy Calpis Yogurt Jelly

As I was wondering if it was possible to make a chilled dessert using what I had at home, I found the ingredients pictured above, and was able to come up with a flavor that reminded me of rare cheesecake by making a fluffy jelly that melts in your mouth.
You can top it with any kind of fruit. The heavy cream changes the texture. When you don't whip it, it is heavy in your mouth.
When pouring this directly into cups without using a mold, you can reduce the amount of gelatin to produce an even fluffier texture. Recipe by Ritorutatsugashira

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Sprinkle powdered gelatin into 2 tablespoons water to soak for about 5 minutes (it'll be microwaved later, so use a microwave safe container.)
- 2
Cut the pineapple into fourths as shown in the photo.
- 3
This time I used an 18 cm ring mold. Line the pineapple cut in Step 2.
- 4
Whip the heavy cream until it forms thin strands when it drips off the egg beater. As for how long, whip until it thickens as shown in the photo .
- 5
Add Calpico and yogurt to a different bowl from the whipped heavy cream, and mix well.
- 6
In addition, add the whipped heavy cream from Step 4 to the bowl from Step 5, and stir well.
- 7
Microwave the gelatin from Step 1 at 500W for 20 seconds, and dissolve the gelatin completely. Add this to the bowl from Step 6, and stir together well.
- 8
Pour all of the mixed ingredients from Step 7 into the mold from Step 3. Then just stick it in the fridge to chill and solidify.
- 9
After it has solidified, remove from the mold, and it is done .

Kiwi and Yogurt Jelly Kiwi and Yogurt Jelly
My boy is having finals and I want to make something to cheer him up. You can substitute kiwis with mangoes, strawberries, oranges if you like. Angela Mertoyono -
