Apple and sweet potato cake

Cooking Instructions

Melt the butter using a water bath.
Roast the almond slices.
Preheat the oven at 170℃.
Line a mold with parchment paper. - 2
Break the egg into a bowl, add sugar and mix.

Sift in the pancake mix and mix together. Add butter, and mix again.

Add apples, sweet potatoes, and almond slices and mix roughly.

Pour 3 into the mold and bake it in an oven at 170℃ for 40-45minutes.
