Maxican cheese samosa
Steps

In mixing bowl add maida,salt,pasta sauce 3sp oil mix it,adding little water make stiff dough,cover and keep aside.

In a bowl add kidney beans, chopped onions,carrots, coriander leaves, chilli. Then add mixed herbs,salt, pepper powder, chilli flakes,cumin powder and mix it.

Add grated cheese to veggies and mix it, filling is ready.

Now make small sized balls,roll it,cut in half.

Take one part give samosa shape add filling close it. Make all samosas and keep it in fridge for some time.

Take out,heat the oil and fry till golden. Serve with sauce.
