Ingredients

  • 1 cupBesan
  • 1over ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp crushed green chillies and ginger
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1 tsp whole coriander seeds
  • 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1/2 cupmethi leaves chopped and washed
  • as requiredOil to fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Collect all ingredients together. Mix it well. Give rest for minimum 2 hours.

    Deep fry it until it becomes golden in colour. Serve hot with chuteny.
