Melt the butter. Cook the chopped onion

Add garlic as the onion sizzles

Once onion starts to turn in color, add the faux crumbled meat

As the faux meat lets off juices and browns a bit, add mushrooms

Boil water for pasta and add the noodles, do in parallel with the following steps.

Let the mushrooms cook down, adding splashes of broth or water to keep the bottom from sticking

Add the peas and add more and more broth

Let cook down for a few minutes, then add flour and if available, some white wine

Add flour gradually and stir in, making a roux

Add yogurt, salt, pepper, and parsley for taste.

Cover over noodles and serve
