Take a large bowl, mix together the besan, slowly add in the water, while mixing with a spoon or your hand, now add red chili powder, salt, meetha soda, Green chilli, coriander leaf, white cumin, coriander seeds, sliced onion and sliced potato,

The batter should be thick, almost like heavy (double) cream and there should be air bubbles throughout.

Take a wok or karahi add oil. A frying pan can be used but make sure it is deep otherwise the pakoras will be flat and not fluffy now add all pakora with the help of hand or spoon. Try not to overcrowd in a pan.

Then fry for 5 to 6 minutes or until the pakoras are not turn into light-brown.

Now yummie pakora's is ready to eat surve it with catch-up and chutney as you want 🍽️
