Heat the margarine slightly in the microwave to melt it. Preheat the oven to 170℃. Add the sugar to the melted margarine.

Add the flour and matcha. Form into bite-sized balls and arrange on a cooking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Once cool, sprinkle on some powdered sugar.
