1 jarof Hoisan sauce
1/4Grated Ginger
1/4Grated garlic
2 tbspSoy sauce
2 tbspHoney
1 tbspOlive oil
1 tspSalt
1 tspCayenne pepper

In a bowl combine all ingredients except the chicken whisk together.

Add chicken let marinade for an hour or more.

Spray baking sheet with cooking spray.

Lay chicken on baking sheet in a single layer.

Bake on 450°F for 30 minutes. Allow to get crispy.
