Ingredients

  • Base
  • 1 box (152 g)oreos
  • 100 gbutter
  • Filling
  • 300 gdark chocolate (Lindt 85%)
  • 180 gNutella
  • 250 mlcream
  • Garnish
  • Berries

Steps

  1. 1

    Scrape icing from oreos. Keeping icing for filling.

  2. 2

    Crush oreos until a fine crumb.

    Grate the butter. Mix the grated butter and oreo crumbs. Line the pastry tin. Chill in the fridge.

    Chop the chocolate and place it into a bowl. Add the Nutella.

  5. 5

    Add the cream into a pot and bring to a boil.

  6. 6

    Pour hot cream over chocolate and whisk until smooth.

  7. 7

    Pour filling into lined tart tin.

    Let set in the fridge for 20 minutes. Garnish with berries
