Heat oil in a pan. Saute veggies in it.

Add shredded cabbage, capsicum, carrot, beans

Saute until they get crunchy

Pour vinegar

Add salt, saoya sauce,

Turn off the stove

For make rolls- make a dough of flour(maida)

Make roti shape now make 3 rotis of same size

Paste them altogether with the help of flour and water

Now keep them on tawa/pan for few minutes

Now keep them separate

Start to put veggies filling inside them

Now make their rolls and paste their corners with water and flour

Now fry them in a pan on medium flame.

Now serve hot spring rolls with chutney or tomato ketch up.
