Mushroom Omelette
Steps

Wash & chopped the mushroom.Heat pure oil on the tawa & add chopped mushrooms in it.

Cook till they become golden brown.

Put the inner part of egg in a bowl & add cooked mushrooms & all the ingredients. Beat well.

Again pour 1/2 tsp of pure ghee on the same tawa & pour the egg mixture on it.Cook till it becomes fluffy & pink.Splur it & cook from other side also.

Serve hot with bread.
