Mix all wet ingredients n whisk. Malai is homemade. Sieve maida, baking powder, milk powder, and soda and add to mixture and add milk slowly and whisk.

Grease baking tin and pour the batter to tin. Preheat oven for 10min and bake at 180 degrees for 45 to 50 mins.

Buy 1000ml whip cream and take half in a bowl add 2tbsp sugar and whisk with a blender. Add color n essence to it. After 4min it vl double. Keep in the fridge for 3 hrs and then take out and with a rose, nozzle gives design to cake. I used 2 colors.
Chop off the top part and apply the cream all over. I added sugar syrup to the cake for a juicy texture.
