Ingredients

  • 2.5 cupChicken & vegetable stock
  • 1 cupChicken boiled & shredded
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cupwater
  • 2egg white
  • black pepper to tatse
  • vinegar to taste
  • soya sauce to taste
  • cornflour

  1. 1

    In a pot at both stock & bring it to boil and add shredded chicken. add salt, now add cornflour mixed in water.Cook until the desire thick.

    Beat egg whites & put in while stirring. serve with soya sauce. black pepper, and vinegar
