In a bowl combine 1 cup flour salt sugar oil curd baking powder baking soda mix herbs and water knead soft dough cover and rest 30 minutes to 1 hour

In a bowl take soft butter add crushed garlic chilli flakes mix herbs coriander leaves mix well

Knead the dough again after 30 minutes roll it apply the prepared butter all over spread 30 grams mozzarella cheese and fold it into half moon shape grease a tray with oil and keep the bread on the tray

Preheat a kadai 10 minutes on low medium flame then keep garlic bread inside and cover lid simmer 30 minutes until done
