In a bowl, shred the cooked chicken. Add the mushrooms, shredded cheese, diced bell pepper, and yogurt. Mix until well combined. If the filling is a bit thick, add a little evaporated milk.

Open the crescent roll package and use about 1/4 of the dough to make one mini chicken pie, shaping it into a rectangle about 4x7 inches (10x18 cm). Place some filling on one end of the dough and roll it up to cover the filling, forming a rectangle. Press the edges closed with a fork. Repeat until all the filling is used.

Bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown, or follow the baking instructions on the dough package.
